  • Communication - We understand the need of our clients to be kept up to date on the progress of a claim. We also understand how unnecessary aggravation can be minimized simply by communicating with all the parties involved. We are available by phone, email, and fax 7 days a week.
  • Timely - We make every effort contact all parties immediately and schedule a survey as soon as possible. We will get the final report to our client as quickly as we can after ensuring it is complete and accurate.
  • Professional - When we meet with owners and boatyards for a damage claim we are representing our client. Along with good communication and a timely response, how we present ourselves is very important to providing professional representation inline with the company who hires us.
